Lean Manufacturing
In this specialization, you will learn to implement Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and SMED to improve production processes and eliminate waste. You will become familiar with methods for analyzing value streams and optimizing processes in accordance with Lean Manufacturing principles. You will gain the ability to identify losses and introduce changes that enhance production efficiency and quality. You will also learn how to motivate teams and build a culture of continuous improvement, contributing to better work organization and higher operational standards within a company.
Occupational Health and Safety
In this specialization, you will learn to analyze workplace hazards and implement health and safety procedures that increase employee protection. You will study methods for identifying and eliminating risk factors in various industrial sectors. You will acquire knowledge of applying safety and ergonomics standards and regulations. You will also learn to use modern technologies and solutions that minimize occupational risks, including protection systems and crisis management tools.
Organization of Production Processes
In this specialization, you will learn to plan and supervise manufacturing processes, ensuring their optimization and efficiency. You will become familiar with methods for managing human, material, and technological resources to maintain smooth production flow. You will gain knowledge about modern production systems such as Just in Time and MRP, enabling better use of available resources. You will also learn forecasting and scheduling methods to increase productivity, reduce costs, and adapt production processes to market demands.
