On April 3, 2024, the Faculty of Materials Engineering of the Silesian University of Technology in Katowice hosted its annual Open Day – an event that attracted hundreds of visitors interested in technical studies and future careers in engineering.

During the event, guests had the opportunity to explore the Faculty’s educational offer, learn about student life, and engage in conversations with academic staff and students. We showcased our modern study programs, innovative engineering solutions, and the wide range of academic and professional development opportunities available at our Faculty.

Visitors actively participated in discussions, asked questions, and showed great interest in the field of materials engineering. Our staff and students enthusiastically shared their knowledge and experiences, creating an atmosphere of openness and professionalism.
