We are pleased to announce that a team of our university's students has been selected to participate in the nationwide "Universities of the Future" program. This initiative supports innovative student ideas with the potential to make a meaningful impact on the advancement of science and technology.
Project Team:
Piotr Nowak – Team Leader
Jakub Włochach
Paweł Brojanowski
Academic Supervisor: Dr. Eng. Roksana Poloczek
The students’ project focuses on developing a method for replicating natural climbing formations using 3D scanning and printing technologies. This bold concept integrates modern engineering, sport, and environmental research, creating new opportunities for both technological and educational development.
The team is actively working on refining their concept – gaining valuable project experience, building interdisciplinary collaboration skills, and engaging in consultations with external experts. It is not only an engineering challenge but also a practical lesson in teamwork and innovation management.
Starting on May 5, the students will take part in a multi-day workshop in Warsaw, where they will continue to develop their project under the guidance of professionals from various fields.
We congratulate our students on qualifying for the program and wish them continued success in the next stages. We are proud to support young talents in pursuing ambitious research and technological endeavors.
