Student housing estate of the Silesian University of Technology

All residents interested in accommodation in Student Houses during the holiday period (July - September) are kindly informed that:

1. The Houses on duty this year are:
   a. Gliwice – DS. Ondraszek, DS. Elektron, DS. Strzecha, DS. Sezam, DS. Karolinka i
         DS. Karlik part B,
   b. Katowice – DS. Babilon,
   c. Zabrze – DS. Alaska.
2. Reservations for the holiday period can be made on 29.05 - 12.06.2023 in person at the manager of the House listed in point 1 or at the reception desk by entering the list. There is no need to submit an additional application. 
3. The order of applications decides about granting a room for the duration of the holidays.
4. Residents will receive decisions regarding the allocation of a place for the duration of the holiday on June 14, 2023, by e-mail to the address they enter during the booking process.
5. The condition for accommodating the existing Residents of the Student Housing Estate in the houses on duty is that they settle the amounts due for staying in the House in the academic year 2022/2023.
6. Student check-in and check -out during the holidays will take place on business days from 8:00 to 15:00 on the dates:
   a. Check-out of students who do not remain during the holiday season
        on 29.06 - 16.07.2023
   b. Check-in residents in on-duty Houses on 05-16.07.2023
   c. Check-out from on-duty Houses on 15-19.09.2023
   In justified cases, it is possible to check-in outside these hours.
   
   
7. The administration of Student housing estate stipulates that in the event of special circumstances, the above rules may be changed, which will be immediately announced on the website.
