1. The accommodation of Students/Candidates for second-cycle studies who have been granted places in student dormitories for the period: 01/03-31/07/2026 will be carried out according to the schedule:

2. In justified cases, the dormitory manager may arrange accommodation outside the above-mentioned check-in hours.
3. Students who do not check in to their assigned dormitory by March 3, 2026, and do not submit a written request to postpone their check-in date, will lose their place.
4. To check in, students must report to the dormitory in person with a valid student ID or ID card and a photo for the resident card in a 3.5 x 3.00 cm format.
