Schedule of accommodation in Student Dormitories of the Silesian University of Technology in the academic year 2024/2025
Re-accommodation of on-call students who have been allocated places in the halls of residence in the academic year 2024/2025 to:
DS. Karolinka, DS. Strzecha, DS. Elektron will be possible on the dates: 23.09.2024 and 24.09.2024. On 24.09.2024, the room must be finally vacated and handed over together with the key to the manager of the respective dormitory on duty between 7.30 am and 3 pm.
DS. Piast will be possible on the dates: 24.09.2024 and 25.09.2024. On 25.09.2024, the room must be finally vacated and handed over together with the key to the Head of the respective dormitory on duty between 7.30 am and 3 pm.- Persons living in the Student Housing Area who have not been granted a place in the Student House for the next academic year 2024/2025 are obliged to vacate the rooms they occupy and hand over the keys to the Manager of the respective student house no later than 19.09.2024 at 14.30.
- The accommodation of Students who have been granted a place in a student house and have paid the reservation fee to the University's account will be carried out according to the schedule:

4. In justified cases, it is possible to be accommodated by the Head of the student house outside the above designated hours of accommodation.
5. Students who do not get accommodated by 02/10/2024 in the assigned dormitory and do not send a written declaration of postponement of accommodation, lose their place.
6. For accommodation, you must report in person to the assigned dorm with a student ID card (not applicable to 1st year students) or an ID card and a photo (format 3.5 x 3.00 cm) for the resident card.
