Cost of participation in the conference: payable until 30 September 2023
- Participation with post-conference publication - 500 PLN
- Participation without post-conference publication - 350 PLN
Discount: payable until 7 July 2023
- Participation with post-conference publication - 450 PLN
- Participation without post-conference publication – 300 PLN
Conference fee covers admission to all scientific sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks and lunches.

(transfer title: SJO Gliwice Conference, name and surname of the participant, name of the institution).
WE REMIND YOU THAT PROVIDING INVOICE DATA IN THE APPLICATION FORM IS MANDATORY. EACH PAYMENT IS BOOKED AND INVOICED.
In case of resignation, the fee will not be refunded.
Speeches of participants who have not made a payment will be deleted.

All the hotels are located close to the conference venue (approx. 15 min. walking distance).

- QUBUS Hotel in Gliwice offers our conference guests a special price (state “KONFERENCJASJO") during their stay from 19 to 22 October 2023.
The price of a room with breakfast is:
- 19 October 2023: SGL – 360 PLN /DBL 1 PAX – 360 PLN /DBL 2 PAX PAX – 450 PLN
- 20 October 2023-22.10.2023: SGL – 290 PLN/ DBL 1 PAX – 290 PLN / DBL 2 PAX PAX – 380 PLN
The prices are gross prices and include VAT, breakfast and Internet access. The hotel does not have TWIN rooms.
- ROYAL Hotel in Gliwice (state "KonferencjaSJO") offers the following prices:
- Single room with breakfast - 290 PLN, without breakfast - 250 PLN
- Double room for single use - 340 PLN with breakfast, without breakfast - 300 PLN
- Double room with breakfast – 390 PLN, without breakfast – 310 PLN
- Triple room (double bed + extra bed or two separate + extra bed) with breakfast – 440 PLN, without breakfast – 320 PLN
