CONE Centre for Organic and Nanohybrid Electronics

Prof. Mieczyslaw Lapkowski is Director of CONE and Professor at Department of Physical Chemistry and Polymer Technology, Faculty of Chemistry of SUT. He is an expert in the synthesis of electronic conducting polymers, the physicochemical characterization of polymers, oligomers and composite materials, synthesis and characterization of new organic materials for optoelectronics and photovoltaics.

Research interests:

• synthesis and analysis of conjugated polymers and small organic electroactive molecules,
• electrochemistry,
• spectroelectrochemistry,
• doping processes occurring in organic semiconductors,
• organic electronics.
