The Metropolitan Energy Days begins on Friday, September 24 with two parallel conferences organized at the International Congress Center in Katowice:

• "Energy efficiency at school and at home" - Congress of students of metropolitan secondary schools with faculties related to energy and environmental protection,
• "Energy efficiency in the commune - challenges and opportunities" - a conference for representatives of local self-governments, during which an open meeting of the Local Energy Policy Committee of the Silesian Union of Municipalities and Poviats will be held.

On September 25, 2021, from 11 AM to 5 PM, an open event will be held, to which we invite all interested parties. Metropolitan Energy Days is a family picnic that provides not only great entertainment but also brings a lot of practical information. Energy efficiency, air quality and protection, adaptation to climate change - these are just some of the topics of the Saturday event. Everyone, regardless of age, will find something interesting for themselves - numerous competitions, games and educational workshops, presentations of secondary schools and universities, information stands regarding the anti-smog resolution or co-financing the replacement of central heating boilers, as well as concerts performed on Tesla coils and from 3 PM - a concert of the Flying Cymbals group.
