The laboratory is equipped with an Agilent 400-MR NMR spectrometer, which enables obtaining information on the structure, properties, and purity of chemical compounds in a short time.
The technical parameters of the spectrometer and its configuration with the AutoX ID 1H {15N-31P} and OneNMR 1H-19F / 15N-31P probes enable the full range of one- or two-dimensional liquid-phase nuclear magnetic resonance experiments. The temperature adapter enables measurements in the temperature range -80° to 120° C. The device is equipped with the ProTune automatic probe tuning system, which allows shortening the time for preparing the device to work. Recording of measurements and processing of results is possible thanks to the workstation equipped with the latest VnmrJ 3 software.
