Microarrays Research Section
The Microarray Laboratory is equipped with a set of devices necessary for the preparation and analysis of microarrays. The high-class microarray scanner is compatible with all available microarrays printed on a standard glass.
The section is equipped with:
- G2565CA microarray scanner (Agilent)
hybridization oven
bioanalyzer 2100 (Agilent) - RealTime PCR kit (CFX96 Touch RealTime PCR System; BioRad) with the possibility of performing HRM analysis
- basic laboratory equipment (centrifuge, magnetic stirrers)
