Laboratory of DNA and RNA research

The lab is equipped with:

  • CentriVap DNA vacuum concentrator (Labconco) dedicated to concentrating / drying small-volume samples containing DNA
  • RealTime PCR kit (Chromo4; BioRad)
  • PCR apparatus (DNA Engine; BioRad)
  • Ultrasonic disintegrator VCX-130 (Sonics) with a soundproof chamber
  • Infinite F200 Pro (TECAN) microplate reader with two reagent dispensers and the ability to read absorption, fluorescence, and luminescence
  • Documentation system for gels labelled with fluorescent or chemiluminescent probes (G BOX XT4; SYNGENE)
  • Washer for ELISA application and HYDROFLEX cell washing (TECAN)
  • Epoch microplate spectrophotometer (BioTek)
  • NanoDrop 2000 spectrophotometer (ThermoScientific) for measuring the absorbance of 1µl samples
  • basic laboratory equipment (centrifuges, refrigerator, thermo mixers, vortex)
