CentriVap DNA vacuum concentrator (Labconco) dedicated to concentrating / drying small-volume samples containing DNA
RealTime PCR kit (Chromo4; BioRad)
PCR apparatus (DNA Engine; BioRad)
Ultrasonic disintegrator VCX-130 (Sonics) with a soundproof chamber
Infinite F200 Pro (TECAN) microplate reader with two reagent dispensers and the ability to read absorption, fluorescence, and luminescence
Documentation system for gels labelled with fluorescent or chemiluminescent probes (G BOX XT4; SYNGENE)
Washer for ELISA application and HYDROFLEX cell washing (TECAN)
Epoch microplate spectrophotometer (BioTek)
NanoDrop 2000 spectrophotometer (ThermoScientific) for measuring the absorbance of 1µl samples
basic laboratory equipment (centrifuges, refrigerator, thermo mixers, vortex)
