On 28 January 2025 at 10:00 a.m., a meeting with representatives of Urgench State University (USU) from Uzbekistan was held in room 431 at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering. The meeting was attended by:
- Sharipov Rasulbek Akhmedovich PhD - Head of the Department of Mathematical Analysis,
- Atamuratov Alimardon Abdirimovich DSC, Professor at the Department of Mathematical Analysis, Head of Khorezm branch of V.I. Romanovsky Institute of Mathematics of the Uzbekistan Academy of Sciences,
- Iskandarov Sarvar Baltabaevich - Teacher at the Department of Mathematical Analysis,
- Azimov Doniyor Bahrom ugli - Teacher at the Department of Applied Mathematics and Mathematical Physics,
- Atamuratov Atabek Egamberdievich DSc, Professor at the Physics Department,
- Razzoqov Alijon Shonazarovich DSc - Docent at the Physics Department.
The meeting began with a multimedia presentation devoted to the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, delivered by Dr. Eng. Zygmunt Kowalik. This was followed by a detailed presentation of the Department of Optoelectronics given by its Head, Dr. Eng. Erwin Maciak, who subsequently invited the guests to tour the department’s laboratories under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hab. Eng. Cuma Tyszkiewicz, Dr. Eng. Magdalena Zięba, Dr. Eng. Marcin Procek, and Dr. Eng. Piotr Kałużyński.
