NTegra Spectra: Raman spectroscopy of photonic structures and sensing materials
Responsible person: Dr Eng. Sabina Drewniak

Our research includes:

  • Qualitative and quantitative analysis of materials and structures using Raman scattering spectroscopy;

  • Measurements performed with laser excitation at 532 nm and 632.8 nm, both at single points and optionally in imaging mode;

  • Extensive experience in the characterization of low-dimensional carbon and polymer materials, including microplastics;

  • Measurements with the possibility of using polarized light and adjustable spectral resolution of the analyzed optical signals;

  • Structural and material studies supported by AFM, SEM-EDS, CLSM, spectroscopic ellipsometry, and microelectronic parameter measurements.
