From 6 to 9 September 2026, the International Conference on Frontiers of Polymers and Advanced Materials (ICFPAM 2026) was held. This year’s edition of the conference was organized with the participation of the AGH University of Krakow.
During the conference, Dr. Magdalena Zięba delivered an invited lecture as part of Symposium A: Photonics, Organic Electronics, Energy Conversion and Storage. Dr. Magdalena Zięba presented a lecture entitled “Sol-gel derived titania films for optoelectronic applications”, prepared in co-authorship with Prof. Paweł Karasiński. The presentation focused on the fabrication of thin titanium dioxide films using the sol-gel method and their potential applications in optoelectronics. Particular attention was given to the influence of technological parameters on the structural and optical properties of the obtained films.
Participation in ICFPAM 2026 provided an opportunity to present the results of research conducted at the Department of Optoelectronics of the Silesian University of Technology, as well as to exchange experience and establish new scientific contacts.
