We are pleased to announce that Dr Magdalena Zięba has been awarded a grant under the COST Action CA21148 – RENEW-PV to carry out a Short-Term Scientific Mission, which supports international scientific collaboration in the field of advanced photovoltaic materials.
As part of the research project entitled “Characterisation of Mg-ZnO thin films for use as electron transport layers in chalcogenide solar cells”, the researcher will undertake a two-week research visit to the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon (INSA Lyon) in France from 1 to 14 June 2026, in collaboration with Prof. Aleksandra Apostoluk.
The planned work focuses on the characterisation of Mg-ZnO thin films intended for use as electron transport layers in solar cells based on inorganic chalcogenide materials.
The research trip is an important element in the development of international scientific cooperation. Participation in the RENEW-PV network also promotes knowledge transfer and the building of lasting relationships with leading research centres in Europe.
We wish you a successful project, inspiring scientific collaboration and many valuable research results.
