On 22 June 2026, Dr Mark Perkins from King's College visited the Department of Optoelectronics. During his visit, the Department's staff had the pleasure of presenting their laboratories and providing an overview of their ongoing research activities.
The visit included a presentation of the Department's key research equipment, including Raman and Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometers, as well as a gas testing system. The researchers also discussed the sensor structures currently under investigation and outlined the main research directions pursued within the Department.
