SUT Creative Day Workshop
On November 13, 2023, the Silesian University of Technology held a creativity workshop for students and employees. The creativity workshop aimed to enhance creative thinking and problem-solving skills in innovative ways.
During the workshop, participants learned various techniques such as brainstorming, lateral and divergent thinking, individual and team divergent thinking games, as well as problem-solving methods such as the 5 WHY technique, brainstorming and de Bono's six thinking hats.
These workshops aimed to break away from traditional thinking patterns and encourage innovative problem-solving. Individual and team games based on divergent thinking challenged participants to come up with multiple solutions to a given problem. This encouraged cooperation and facilitated the sharing of creative ideas among participants.
