Co-financing of the project "Bio-based surfactants for sustainable micellar catalysis" from the NAWA program!!
Our scientists will undertake research with a team from Technische Universität Wien thanks to a grant from NAWA National Agency for Academic Exchange!
Funding for the project "Bio-based surfactants for sustainable micellar catalysis" was received by Dr. Alina Brzęczek-Szafran,
who will implement it with doctoral student Angelika Mieszczanin and prof. Anna Chrobok.
The NAWA program supports the mobility of scientists carrying out research in Polish-Austrian teams.
As part of the project, our PhD student will undergo a research internship in Vienna, in the group of prof. Schröder,
where he will conduct research on the development of sustainable catalytic systems for the production of fine chemicals in the micellar system.
The Austrian team will also be visited by prof. Chrobok and Dr. Brzęczek-Szafran with a series of lectures.
Next year, we will host an Austrian team at the Faculty of Chemistry of the Silesian University !
