Cheap, renewable sugars as materials for storing thermal energy?
Our scientists, M.Sc. Bartłomiej Gaida, Dr. Alina Brzęczek-Szafran and prof. Anna Chrobok demonstrated a new strategy in the design of phase change materials,
based on renewable raw materials, in cooperation with a team from Monash University in Australia (Dr. Karolina Matuszek and Prof. Macfarlane's team).
The research results were published in the prestigious journal ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering IF=8.4, TOP5.
