Future Chem 4000x2250 v2

FUTURECHEM, based in Gliwice, plans to launch an automatic galvanizing line for steel components at the turn of the first and second quarters of 2026. This line will handle elements up to 130 cm in length with a processing capacity of 1200 kg/h.

The innovative, newly constructed galvanizing line will enable the production of steel products with very high quality parameters. Utilizing the most advanced technology for creating anti-corrosion zinc coatings, it is particularly suited for components intended for painting.

Thanks to this technology—which modifies the surface of the zinc coating to be highly activated for bonding with polymer-based powder paints—a very durable metal-organic connection is achieved. One of the key advantages of this new line is its full automation and comprehensive monitoring of all operating parameters, eliminating the need for direct human intervention. This ensures 100% repeatability for every batch of processed material, which translates into guaranteed service quality, punctuality, and consistent lead times.
