The results of the 2nd competition for financing the projects of Student Science Associations have been announced
43 projects implemented by student science associations at the Silesian University of Technology will receive financial support in the second edition of the funding competition under the "Excellence Initiative - Research University" programme.
The competition committee awarded co-financing to 43 projects, which received a minimum of 6 points as a result of the evaluation. These projects, in accordance with Ordinance No. 54/2020 of the Rector of the Silesian University of Technology on the Regulations for financing projects of student research clubs, under the program "Excellence Initiative - Research University", received funding in the amount requested, not higher than PLN 9,000.00 gross.
The organizer reserves the right to change the purpose of co-financing the project, after prior agreement with the project participants, if it results from the procedures in force at the University.
The first competition for funding the projects of student research associations was adjudicated in May this year. The representatives of the winning research associations took part in the meeting during which they presented their projects.
