Platforma ServiceDesk Plus
19 października 2020 roku zostanie uruchomiona nowa platforma służąca do przyjmowania zgłoszeń przesyłanych przez użytkowników serwisów Politechniki Śląskiej.
Za pomocą ServiceDesk Plus pracownicy Politechniki Śląskiej będą mogli zgłaszać błędy, problemy, a także żądania dostępu oraz zmiany uprawnień do systemów i infrastruktury sieciowej wykorzystywanej na Uczelni.
W pierwszym etapie wdrożenia udostępniono możliwość przesyłania spraw związanych z systemami ZSI (SOD i DAX). Platforma będzie dostępna pod adresem https://helpdesk.polsl.pl.
