INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR WITHIN THE PROGRAMME “NAWA STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS 2025–2027” AT THE UNIVERSITY OF CASSINO AND SOUTHERN LAZIO 11–13 MAY 2026 (14.05.26)
On 11–13 May, the first international seminar of project partners within the “NAWA STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS 2025–2027” programme was held at the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio. The grant project titled: “Partnership for the protection and modernisation of architectural heritage of the second half of the 20th century in the perspective of green transformation and environmental challenges.”
The seminar was attended by representatives of the project leader and project partners, namely the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio (UNICAS), the Technical University of Crete (TUC), the University of Beira Interior (UBI), and the Technical University of Valencia (UPV).
The main objective of the meeting was the exchange of knowledge and experience between partner institutions, as well as the creation of an international research partnership network and the integration of joint activities focused on research and the protection of architectural heritage from the second half of the 20th century. The cooperation will enable coordinated and long-term research activities addressing contemporary environmental and climate challenges.
The meeting resulted in the development of plans for further joint activities.
