STUDENTS
RULES FOR ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR PLACES
IN STUDENT HOUSES IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2024/2025

1. Students, who are current residents of a particular dorm, who have been accommodated in the 2023/2024 academic year until 15/10/2023, must fill out a "dorm application" in the USOSweb system in order to obtain a place in the 2024/2025 academic year. Instructions for filling out the application are available here.

2. Applications in USOSweb can be filled from 26/06 to 04/07/2024.

3. Decision on accommodation in the academic year 2024/2025 will be sent to the email address in the domain polsl.pl by 12/07/2024.

4. Students, who do not meet the conditions written in item. 1, fill out a "dorm application" in the USOSweb system. Instructions for filling out the application are available here.

5. Applications in USOSweb can be filled in the period: from 26/06 to 24/07/2024.

6. The decision on granting or not granting a place will be sent to the email address in the domain polsl.pl by 31/07/2024.

7. For Students - residents of student houses, the condition for submission of the application mentioned in items. 1 and 4 is the payment of outstanding dues.

8. Students listed in items. 1 and 4, after receiving information about the allocation of a place in a given dorm, are obliged to make a reservation fee in the amount of PLN 300 to the university account number listed below. The payment should be made within 7 days of receiving the information.

a. In the title of the transfer, please write: reservation fee/name of student house/name and surname of student/album number.

b. Failure to pay the reservation fee by the deadline will result in the loss of the assigned place in the student house for the academic year 2024/2025.

c. Payments to an account other than the above will not be considered.

d. The reservation fee will be credited towards the fee for residence in the student house in October 2024.

e. Students who have paid the reservation fee, but by September 10 resign from their assigned place using the "resign" option in the USOSweb system, may apply for a refund.

f. A scan of the signed application should be sent to: kwaterowanie@polsl.pl or submitted in person at the AOS office, room No. 6 DS. Karlik part A, 10 Kujawska St.

9. For students who do not apply for a place in the dormitory by the above dates, the next such opportunity will be in September this year, subject to the availability of free places in the dormitories.

10. Re-accommodation from the dorms on duty and accommodation in the student houses will take place according to the accommodation schedule.
