CANDIDATES’ ACCOMMODATION RULES IN STUDENT HOUSES IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2023/2024
- If you have been qualified for admission to studies and want to take advantage of the offer of the student housing estate for the first year of study, you can submit an application for booking a place in a student house together with a complete set of recruitment documents.
- You can download the application from the irk recruitment system. To do this, click on the "documents and next steps" link under your application and select the appropriate document.
- Submit the application along with a complete set of recruitment documents in paper form at the student service office appropriate for the field of study. Documents should be submitted in accordance with the recruitment schedule .
- A person admitted to first-cycle studies will receive information about booking a place in a student house within:

7. The person qualified from the reserve list will receive information on the next date after submitting the documents.
8. After receiving information about booking a place in a student house, pay the fee for this place within 7 days. No payment will mean that you resign from the allocated
place.
