The end of the academic year of the University of Technology for Juniors and Seniors
Young experimenters, small constructors and science enthusiasts were the ones who visited the university laboratories during classes as part of the University of Technology for Juniors and Seniors. On Saturday, the 11th of June, the closing ceremony of the academic year of the University of Technology for Juniors and Seniors was held.
The interactive lectures and workshops of the University of Technology for Juniors and Seniors in the academic year 2021/2022 again attracted many science enthusiasts - both younger and older - who learned about issues related to, among others: construction, architecture, physics, geography, chemistry. In addition, they could become engineers and make a printout on a 3D printer, take on the role of a Cessna pilot or learn the secrets of making prosthetic parts. Young students received an entry in their logbook after each meeting.
The closing ceremony of the academic year of the University of Technology for Juniors and Seniors was held on the 11th of June. Participants received diplomas and gifts from the Director of the Science Popularisation Centre, prof. Aleksandra Ziembińska-Buczyńska, and the coordinator of the University of Technology for Juniors and Seniors, Anna Byczek-Wyrostek.
The new academic year of the University of Technology for Juniors and Seniors will start in October 2022. So it will be another opportunity for children and their parents or legal guardians to visit the university laboratories, deepen their knowledge in various fields of science, and spend time together.
