Students of electronics and telecommunication were awarded in an international Digilent Design contest

Students of the Faculty of Automatic Control, Electronics and Computer Science Przemysław Mazur, Robert Nawrath and Marcin Beberok are the third place winners in an international competition Digilent Design Contest, which took place on May 12 and 13 in Romania. Congratulations!

It was already the 14th edition of the competition aimed at students who are interested mainly in the design of the hardware layer and its implementation in programmable systems. The project was developed under the supervision of prof. Robert Czerwiński, PhD, DSc and Miroslaw Chmiel, PhD as part of the Students' Scientific Circle of Electronics after a multi-stage selection was finally presented in the narrow final, gaining the recognition of a group of specialists related to FPGAs.

Young engineers: Przemysław Mazur, Robert Nawrath and Marcin Beberok are students of electronics and telecommunication at the Faculty of Automatic Control, Electronics and Computer Science. An integral part of the designed system was the programmer with the operator panel. As part of the presentation, students wrote a demonstration program.
